Raleigh’s biggest arts festival, Artsplosure, is set to return on May 21-22, 2022 in downtown Raleigh. Featuring over 150 artists’ diverse work, local food, and musical performances, Artsplosure has been long awaited to return. If you’re interested in applying to be a showcased artist and host a booth, click here. The festival will operate on Saturday, May 21, 2022, 11am to 7pm (load-in at 6am) and Sunday, May 22, 2022, 10am to 6pm. Juried art categories include: Ceramics, Fiber Art, Glass, Jewelry, Metal, Painting, Photography, Wood, Other 2-D, and Other 3-D. Applicants are chosen by an independent jury and have the chance of winning cash prizes and awards. The deadline to apply is February 7, 2022.

The festival is also looking for volunteers! Some shifts include: set-up crew, booth sitter, kid activities helper, and survey assistant. See here for details.
