The “Betty White Challenge” is the Best Way to Celebrate Betty White’s Legacy
A life-long advocate for the welfare of animals, the late “The Golden Girls” actor, Betty White, dedicated much of her life to volunteering at animal shelters and spreading awareness on the struggles that millions of animals face each year. Fans are celebrating (what would’ve been) her 100th birthday, January 17th, by donating $5 to animal rescues or shelters in her name. As this challenge takes the internet by storm, it is certainly the perfect way to celebrate Betty White’s legendary legacy.
The list below contains links to local non-profit animal rescues and shelters to donate to:

Your donation will support the student journalists of Enloe Magnet High School, allowing us to cover our annual website costs. We are extremely grateful for any contribution, big or small!
