Ava is a first-year member of the Eagle’s Eye staff! When she’s not reading obsessively, doing yoga, or decoding Jordan Peele films, you might find her curating a Spotify playlist to fit her mood.

Stemming off her deep-rooted passion for social justice and equity-related issues, she believes media can be wielded to amplify the voices of underserved communities. Ava is thrilled to have the opportunity to exercise her interests on the paper this year, and hopes to cover a range of issues that leave others feeling more informed and seen.
